Our Story
SBR Systems Ltd are a family run business located in the busy market town of Maldon in Essex. The company was founded by Alan Huett to service the needs of the business world; supplying copying and printer services, telephone systems and mobile phone agreements as well as with existing contract renegotiations to help reduce costs.
Our ethos is to serve the business world by offering independent advice; delivering industry leading products and services. Our directors have in excess of 55 years experience in the office equipment industry, supplying photocopiers, printers and phone systems to businesses across the UK within both commercial and corporate sectors. We believe it is the after sales support a customer receives which is key to satisfaction and a long lasting relationship. Our independence is key to providing a personal service with the right solution at the right price, every time.
Our Team
Alan Huett – Managing Director
Having started as a humble photocopier engineer in the late 70’s through to becoming Service Manager, it was in the early 80’s that Alan moved into sales. Alan has gained over 40 years experience in the office equipment and telecoms industry; a depth of knowledge which is probably unrivalled in the industry today. His hobbies include; motorbiking, off-road, road and trail riding. A passionate fisherman, Alan has travelled the world to indulge his hobby, he also loves watching his beloved England Rugby team whenever possible.
Richard Huett – Marketing Director
Also a keen fisherman and motorcyclist Richard has a knack for all things marketing related, including this website. Armed with a BA Hons Business Degree from the University Of Chichester he’s a valued, albeit nerdy, part of the team.
